FEATURED EVENTS THE 15th PLENARY SESSION OF US-CHINA JOINT COMMISSION ON COMMERCE AND TRADE The 15th plenary session of the US-China Joint Commission on Commerce and Trade (JCCT) took place on April 21, 2004. This was a special session co-chaired by Secretary of Commerce Donald Evans and US Trade Representative Robert Zoellick on the US side and by Vice Premier Wu Yi on the Chinese side. The JCCT covered a wide range of U.S.-China trade policy and promotion issues.
