All applications for the program are free and can be obtained by visiting SABIT's website at www.sabitprogram.org. SABIT DOES NOT have any other representatives in any other country in Eurasia. No one will be able to improve your chances of being selected by creating an application for you. If SABIT believes that there is any type of fraud associated with an application, it will not be considered.
